Instant Pot Tamales 🫔 cook almost half the time! There's a trick though. Set timer for 35 minutes at high pressure, ⏰ but you have to let them rest for 10 minutes with the lid on. Let them rest is a MUST! ☺️ If they are frozen 45 minutes 10 min rest. I fit 15 in the pot. You can fit up to 20 if they are smaller. 😋 🌟 Pro Tip 🌟 I fill up the instant pot first. They cook while we assemble and fill up the bigger steamer pot. By the time we're done, the Instant Pot tamales are ready. No waiting t

Make the Easiest NO LARD Chile Verde Chicken TAMALES in the INSTANT POT,so MOIST you’ll be surprised!!!!!! TIP!!! ✅want the filling to be more saucy, add more broth to your salsa ✅ don’t have a instant pot ? No problem make them in stovetop, over medium low heat steam for 1 hour and 1/2 ✅a stand mixer is the easiest and fastest way to way to make the perfect masa but if you don’t have one don’t worry you can still master it using a hand mixer or your hands(that’s how my mom makes them still 😅)
