The company I work at started very small but has been growing at a silly rate for the last few years now. They started with a server that was sharing a few other duties and also running the SQL DBs.

This is my backup plan. I just want to avoid it as that's 1.8 million records I'd have to do. I wonder if I could do it as a SQL to SQL DTS.
